Individual sessions support the believe that positive change and optimal well-being are available and achievable. They offer an opportunity to participate in a unique and rewarding process of self-discovery and self-care. The human body and mind house a core resource of energy that fuels our vast capacity for renewal. A variety of integrative wellness techniques, tailored to each individuals specific needs, facilitates this process. Individual sessions are by appointment and are approximately 60-80 minutes in length. One remains fully clothed and loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. A series of treatments are encouraged as the effects are cumulative, yet, a single session is beneficial and complete within itself. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect.
