Holistic Alternatives Programs

Holistic Alternatives is committed to training and educating individuals for competent and professional services in the areas of energetic studies, energetic bodywork and complementary practices. It aspires to provide a secure educational environment with progressive and ethical curriculum. Its programs also serve as personal enrichment experiences which educate people to influence their own lives and health with fresh perspective, consciousness and integrity. Individual diversity and creativity are honored and respected.

Trainings are currently offered in the following areas:

Polarity Therapy

Comprehensive Training as both an Associate Polarity Practitioner - APP (160 hours over 7 months) and Registered Polarity Practitioner - RPP (447 hours* over 17 months. APP Training Required).
* The 90 hour Anatomy & Physiology criteria portion of RPP training is not being offered in the Holistic Alternatives program at this time. Students are responsible for completing a course at a local massage school or community college of their choice. Certificates of Completion will then be credited.

Reiki Training

Trainings in Reiki Level I, II, III, and Reiki Master.

Perspectives Workshops

A series of single day workshops with Barbara Joseph. “Unique, rewarding and life changing experiences,” in a safe, supportive environment. All classes are informational and experiential.

Polarity Therapy Trainings are approved by the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA).
